Tough construction
The FFT-200 is made from 3/16 steel, some of the thickest in the industry. It is build to handle the tough nature of the work!
Next level burners
The FFT-200 also uses our HSLI burners. These are so effective that even though this is a good sized forge and has a single burner, it can easily reach forge-welding temperatures in a short time.
The FFT-200 is a hybrid. It is tough enough, large enough and hot enough that you can use it as a daily driver. You can build shoes, forge-weld damascus, shape kegs, etc.
But due to the single burner and great turn-down range, it is very efficient. The unique design allows it to better absorb the bumps as it goes down the road in a rig.
It can run just ticking over, if you want to soak some shoes for a reset. Or it can be run flat out, screaming hot. Whatever you want.
As with all our forges, one of our priorities is ease of maintenance. It’s easy to reline and clean the propane jets.
